Also includes two letters: 1) typed letter (between pages 10 and the first unnumbered plate; 2 leaves, with handwritten annotations), dated 21 March 1957, from Winnie Myers of Myers & Co (80, New Bond Street, London, W.1) on Myer's & Co. (Booksellers) Ltd. letterhead paper, to H. Bos Kzn ('s Gravenhage, Holland), relating to Lots 2142, 2143, and 2144 in the Sotheby's sale on 1 April 1957; and 2) a handwritten air letter (dated 26 March 1956 inside but postmarked 26 March 1957) from Winnie Myers to H. Bos Kzn with her estimates for lots 2137, 2138, 2142, 2143, 2144, and 2165 (further annotations in red ink), between pages 32 & 33.
